PGAs OF EUROPE CHIEF EXECUTIVE IAN RANDELL CONFIRMED TO SPEAK AT ASPIRE4SPORT CONFERENCE AND EXPO

Aspire4Sport, in its inaugural year, is being attended by some of the world's most famous sporting celebrities and most influential sports executives, held in Doha, Qatar from 15th - 18th November 2010.

 

The list of distinguished speakers has been bolstered by the confirmation that Ian Randell, the Chief Executive of the PGAs of Europe is the latest high profile sports industry professional attending and speaking at the conference.

 

The Aspire4Sport Congress and Expo, aims to bring the sporting world together for four days of business, debate and entertainment. Participants and representatives from all sectors of the industry, suppliers and broadcasters from all major sports will gather under the Aspire dome to deal, demonstrate and discuss the many collective issues facing the future of sport.

 

Doha golf club, known for being the home of the Qatar Masters, is also confirmed to be attending and taking exhibition space during the conference. The opportunity for a round of golf at one of the Middle-East's most famous golf courses is surely one not to be missed!

 

In addition, organisers of the Aspire4sport conference, are offering all PGAs members an exclusive discount on delegate passes. The cost for a delegate pass for PGAs members is $795 (discounted price from $1500 standard delegate rate) and includes full access to the amazing range of forums, discussions, stars on a stool sessions and workshops during the four day conference.

 

Delegate badges for Aspire4Sport come with a special added bonus allowing access to a range of special evening events, highlighted by an international soccer match between Argentina and Brazil. Further football legends attending include ex World Cup winning French captain Zinedine Zidane, Massimo Moratti the president of Italian giants FC Internazionale Milano, Sandro Rosell the president of FC Barcelona and former Italian national team manager Marcello Lippi.

Furthermore during the expo Björn Borg and John McEnroe will re-unite for a tennis challenge between two of the true superstars of tennis, a one-off special exhibition match during the conference. These two tennis greats are being joined by the flamboyant tennis legend Ilie Nastase and UK tennis broadcast personality Andrew Castle.

 

 

From the world of motorsport the Williams team will be sending co-principal Sir Frank Williams and bringing a Formula One show car to the exhibition. The team's head of marketing Dominic Reilly will also take part in one of the star-studded forums taking place during the four days.

The wide range of forums taking place during Aspire4Sport will include discussions specific to sports marketing, sports media, sports medicine (during which delegates can visit the stunning Aspetar Medical Facility) and many other topics relating to sport across the board.
